Terms of Service

Effective date: October 22, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Hundo LLC ("Hundo", "we"). By creating an account you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

1. What Hundo is, and is not

Hundo is software that organizes your financial information, shows you where you stand and helps you plan. Hundo is not a bank, a broker dealer, a registered investment adviser, a tax preparer, a law firm or a credit bureau. Hundo does not hold, move or invest your money.

Scores, wealth markers, forecasts, budgets, suggestions and Advisor answers are general information for education and planning, based on the data available to the app and on assumptions that may not hold. They are not individualized investment, tax, legal or credit advice, and they may be wrong or incomplete. Check important decisions with a qualified professional. 2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract.
  • Keep your password safe and tell us if you think your account is compromised. You are responsible for activity in your account.
  • Give accurate information. Forecasts and scores are only as good as the data behind them.
  • One person per account. Households share through the household feature, not by sharing a login.

3. Connected services

When you link a bank through Plaid, connect a credit vendor, sign in with Apple, turn on Apple Wallet data, or import from Monarch, you also agree to that provider's terms, and you authorize Hundo to retrieve your data from them on your behalf. Third party data can be delayed, missing or wrong; Hundo is not responsible for errors in it. You can disconnect at any time.

Credit. Connecting a credit vendor authorizes Hundo to obtain your credit score and summary report from that vendor as a soft inquiry for your own use (written instructions under the FCRA). [LEGAL: confirm permissible purpose language with the vendor agreement]

4. AI features

Some features use outside AI models, described in the Privacy Policy. AI output can be inaccurate. When the Advisor offers to make a change in the app (for example to a budget), it shows the change and you can undo it. Do not rely on AI output for decisions without checking it.

5. Community

  • Be respectful. No harassment, hate, spam, scams, solicitation, or sharing anyone's personal or account information.
  • Do not give or ask for individualized investment advice, and do not promote securities.
  • You keep ownership of what you post and give Hundo a license to host and display it within the app for the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Use Report and Block for anything that looks wrong.

6. Human advisor calls

Calls with human advisors are optional and may be paid. Payment is processed by Stripe. [LEGAL: the advisor's status (employee, contractor, registered representative), disclosures, refund and cancellation terms]

7. Fees

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no reverse engineering, scraping, overloading, breaking security, accessing other people's data, or using Hundo for anything illegal.

9. Your data

You own your data. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle it. You can delete your account and data in the app at any time (Settings, Delete account).

Anonymized benchmark contribution is part of using Hundo: your posted transactions join anonymous cohort averages that compare households like yours, never with your name or account, and no cohort is shown with fewer than 50 contributors.

10. Changes and availability

We improve Hundo continuously and may change or remove features. We will tell you in advance of material changes to these terms. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or by outages of the services it depends on.

11. Ending your account

You can stop using Hundo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk, and will tell you why when we can.

12. Disclaimers and limits

14. Apple

If you got Hundo from the App Store, Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its support; Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement terms that must be included are incorporated here. [LEGAL: include Apple's minimum terms or rely on the standard EULA]
