Beta Program Terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Hundo LLC (“Hundo”, “we”) for the Hundo paid beta program. By checking “I agree” on the application you accept them. They apply only if you are accepted.

1. The program

The beta lets people use Hundo before it launches and tell us what works. Acceptance is at Hundo's sole discretion, and not everyone who applies is accepted. Hundo is iOS only, so you need an iPhone.

2. What we ask of you

  • Onboarding video. Watch the onboarding video before you start. It walks through the vision and how to set up the app.
  • Use Hundo. Use the app during the week the way you would use any money app.
  • Weekly video journal. Once a week, a short screen recording of you using Hundo with audio of you talking through your thoughts.
  • Weekly survey. Once a week, a short list of standard questions.

3. Payment

You earn $20 for each week in which you complete that week's video journal and weekly survey. Payments are issued weekly, after that week's journal and survey are received, by a method we agree with you. A week without both is not paid. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.

4. Your feedback and recordings

Hundo may use your journals, survey answers and other feedback to improve the product, and may share them inside the Hundo team for that purpose. We will not publish your recordings, or quote you by name, without your separate written permission. Recordings may show your financial information on screen, so we keep them private and delete them when we no longer need them for the beta.

5. Confidentiality

The beta shows features that are not released. Please do not share screenshots, recordings or details of unreleased features outside the program until Hundo makes them public.

6. Beta software, not financial advice

Beta software can have bugs, lose settings or show wrong numbers. Do not rely on it alone for financial decisions. Hundo is financial software. Hundo is not a bank, a broker dealer, a registered investment adviser, a tax preparer or a credit bureau, and does not hold, move or invest your money. Nothing in the app or the onboarding video is individualized investment, tax, legal or credit advice.

7. Week to week

The program runs week to week. Hundo may continue or end your participation at any time, at its sole discretion. You can stop at any time by telling us. Either way, you are paid only for weeks you completed. You can keep using your Hundo account under the regular terms.

8. Other terms

Hundo's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service still apply to your use of the app. If they conflict with these terms about the beta program, these terms control. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
